STARR, Allan Herbert (Retired G.M. Employee) Passed away suddenly at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Monday December 17, 2012 with family by his side in his 81st year. Beloved husband for 58 years to Doreen (nee Wotten). Dear father of Catherine Starr and Leanne Dwyer. Grandpa will be truly missed by Kristen and Cameron.
