VAN HEUGTEN, Brian Francis Passed away peacefully at his home on September 16, 2012 at the age of 50. Loving husband of Lois for 19 years. Adored father of Brian and Robert. Loved son of Cathy and the late Harry Van Heugten. Beloved brother of Tony(Sue), Wilma(Chris) and Hetty(Glen). Son in law of Margaret and the late James Rahn. Brother in law of Robert, Paul(Beth), Karen(Tom), Caroline and the late Jimmy. Brian will also be missed by his loyal four-legged friend Aussi, as well as by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Those who knew Brian will remember him for his love and dedication to family, his ability to “fix anything”, his generosity to everyone he knew, and his great joy in jamming with his boys. He will be truly missed by all who knew him. Visitation will be held at ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME, 124 King St E., Oshawa (905) 433-4711 on Friday September 21 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Saturday September 22 at 10 am. Burial at Resurrection Cemetery to follow.
