BERNARD, Simon “Dale” On September 13, 2011 Dale entered into peace. Born in Jacquet River, New Brunswick then moved to Ontario in 1971. He was a proud member of the Alano Club having achieved 35 years of sobriety, one day at a time. He is survived by his wife Juanita and his many children both in New Brunswick and Ontario, along with their spouses. Paul, Jocelyn (Albert), Norma (Mike), Nancy, Brian, Doug (Eileen), Peggy (Barry), Reg (Kelly), Bill (Tammy) and Shirley (Charlie). He leaves behind many fond memories of his many wonderful Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and other relatives and special friends. His brothers Bob (Theresa) and Laurie and his dear sister Shirley (Cliff) know he rests among angels before him. Friends may call at the ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME, 124 King St E. Oshawa (905) 433-4711 for visitation on Friday September 16th from 2pm-4pm & 7pm-9pm. Funeral Service to be held in the Chapel on Saturday September 17th at 1pm.
