Dr. John Baker Oshawa, Ontario Obituary

Dr. John Baker

BAKER, Dr. John “Jack” It is with utmost sadness and heartache that we announce the sudden passing of Jack on May 16th, 2013, in his 64th year. Jack was a man of travel, and he passed away enjoying life during holidays with his wife in Whistler, British Columbia. Raised in Carleton Place, Ontario Jack was the long time high school sweetheart, best friend, and husband of Donna. Jack was the heart and soul of his family, and leaves behind his three children Courtney (David Howie), John, Victoria (Joe Papik), and mother-in-law, Mae Johnson. He will be endlessly missed by his two young grandchildren Carson and Vivienne Howie, and his furry four-legged pal “Rod”. Jack leaves behind sisters and brothers, and many nieces and nephews in Toronto, Ottawa and Vancouver, and his wonderful staff who worked beside him everyday. Life has been stolen from Jack too soon, but his love and passion for his family and friends will live on forever. Resting at the Armstrong Funeral Home 124 King Street East, Oshawa (905) 433-4711, for visitation Monday, May 20, 2013 from 4-8pm and funeral for close family and friends on Tuesday, May 21, 2013 at 3pm.
