DAVIS, Elva Blanche Passed away in Oshawa on Saturday June 30, 2011 at the age of 92 Blanche is predeceased by her father, Delbert Gibson, her mother Bertha, her sister Doris Crawford and her husband James Davis Blanche is lovingly remembered by her son Paul of Vancouver, her son John, of Calgary, and her nephew Brian Crawford and his wife Louise, and her great niece Erin all of Oshawa, and Yvonne Crawford. Blanche worked for Marks and Spencer’s in Oshawa for many years until her retirement. Reverend Sharon Melvin officiating at a graveside service at Groveside Cemetery in Whitby, (Baldwin Street north of Taunton Road). A reception will take place at a restaurant T.B.A. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family.
