TOMALAK, Florian Joseph – WWII Veteran Royal Navy; Lifetime member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 43, Former member of the Knights of Columbus, General Motors Retiree with 46 years of service – Peacefully with family at his side on Thursday May 30, 2013 at Lakeridge Health Port Perry in his 90th year. Beloved husband of Zena (nee Prestula) for 64 years. Treasured father of Janice Chapman and her husband Bob, Elisa Lane and her husband Greg, and the late Suezena Tomalak (1958). Proud grandfather of Cameron (Victoria), Stephanie (Mourad), Christine (Glenn), Alexandra, Mackenzie and James. Dear brother of Eugenia Holody (the late Elgin). Florian will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all of his loving family and many dear friends.
