Meinecke, Frances -- Passed away suddenly on Thursday November 14th, 2013 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa. Frances Meinecke (nee Rodenkirchen) in her 93rd year. Beloved wife of the late Fred Meinecke Sr. Dear mother of Ellen Gerry & her husband the late Phil and Fred Meinecke & his wife Agnes. Frances will be sadly missed by all of her grandchildren and great grandchildren and is lovingly remembered by all of her family in Canada and Germany. Proud member of St. Joseph the Worker Parish and long time member of the Catholic Womens League. Resting at Armstrong Funeral Home, 124 King Street East, Oshawa. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Joseph the Worker Parish, 1100 Mary Street North, Oshawa on Thursday November 21st at 2pm. Interment of ashes to follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
