Gilda Rosati

ROSATI, Gilda- Passed away peacefully on July 26, 2013 at Hillsdale Terraces in Oshawa. Predeceased by her husband Giuseppe. Beloved mother to Theresa (Vincent) Iantomasi. Loving grandmother to Marina (Tony) Albis, Lino (Claudia) Iantomasi and Joseph (Paula) Iantomasi. Gilda was a cherished great grandmother to Olivia, Vincent, Christian, Madison and Cole. Survived by her brother Salvatore Mastrangelo. Predeceased by her parents Salvatore and Rosa, her brothers Pasquale and Vincenzo, and her sisters Carmela and Maria. She will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Gilda’s family would like to extend a special thanks to Dr. Conley and Nurse Julie McCormack; and to the amazing staff at the Forest Hill unit at Hillsdale Terraces that were so loving and caring throughout Gilda’s stay there. Resting at Armstrong Funeral Home, 124 King Street East, Oshawa with Funeral Mass at St. Gregory the Great Roman Catholic Church, Oshawa, on Tuesday July 30th at 10am. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Monday July 29th from 5pm-9pm. Interment to follow at Resurrection Cemetery. Memorial donations to The Heart and Stroke foundation would be appreciated.
