KOLODZIEJCZAK, Irene Peacefully yet unexpectedly on her own terms, our mother Irene passed away in the early morning hours on Monday August 3, 2015. Predeceased by her husband Zygfryd (2000). Mother to Grace, Donna, and Mark. Loved Babcia to Sarah, Jessica, Emily and Mathew. Sister to George & Krystyna and their families in Poland. Ciocia to many nieces, nephews, and cousins in Canada and Poland. With much love and gratitude, our thanks to her niece and friend Danusia Kolodziejczak. Her legacy to us, her children, and grandchildren, was to hold on to each other. This we will do. Thank you to the critical care unit at Lakeridge Health Oshawa for the compassion and care provided. Resting at the ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME 124 King Street East, Oshawa, for visitation on Tuesday August 4th from 7pm – 9pm. Prayers at 8pm. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Hedwig’s Roman Catholic Church on Wednesday August 5th at 11am. Interment at Thornton Cemetery.
