DEVINE, Isobel Fairley Beaton (nee Ferguson) – peacefully on Sunday August 23, 2009 at her home in Whitby in her 86th year. Isobel, beloved wife of the late Hugh Devine. Loved Mum of Chris Devine and his wife Jane, Alex Devine and his wife Margaret of Scotland, Janice and her husband Keith Russell, Hugh Devine and the late Diane Devine (as an infant). Dear grandma of Debbie, Kim, Lori-Ann (Denny), Sandra (Warren), Diane (Barb), Adele (Chris), Jeffrey, Emily and Meghan. Dear sister of Ann Sheilds (Sam), and the late Alex Ferguson (the late Lizzie), the late John Ferguson (Bessie), and the late Andrew Miller (Jean). Isobel will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all her family and friends. Friends may call at the Armstrong Funeral Home, 124 King Street East, Oshawa on Saturday August 29th from 2pm until funeral service time at 3pm. Cremation.
