McNeil, James John Raymond – December 15, 1984 – July 8, 2016 – Passed away suddenly at his home. Beloved fiancé of Kendra Chapman. Cherished son of Frances and Don McCoy, and the late James McNeil. Loving father of Adrian James McNeil. Loving brother of Christine McNeil ( Jimmy Veilleux). Truly missed by all of his nieces, nephews and extended family and friends. Resting at the ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME, 124 King Street East, Oshawa on Friday July 15, 2016 from 11 am – 12 pm. A funeral service will take place in the Chapel on Friday July 15, 2016 at 12 pm.
