Phelan, Jack – passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family at home in Barrie on Wednesday April 10, 2013 at the age of 80. Beloved husband of Marilyn for 48 years. Dear father of Kathleen Twigg (Stephen Parent) and Michelle & her husband Mark Babstock. Papa will be truly missed by his grandchildren Brendan, Brittany (Ryan) and Matthew, and great Bubba to Kimberly. Brother of Lorraine Goodrich and the late Fred Phelan.
