SNOW, Mark – Peacefully surrounded by his family on Friday May 25, 2018 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa at the age of 43. Mark, beloved husband for 15 years of Reneé Snow (nee Crawford). Loving father of Austin Evans. Dear son of Barbara Small and the late Lester Small. Dear brother of Terry Small and Erica Small, loved uncle of Gabby and Zak. Dear son in law of Ruth and David Perry. Mark will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
