DePree, Lucienne Antoinette Passed away suddenly on Monday January 13, 2014 at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville Hospital. Lucienne was pre-deceased by the love of her life, her husband Jan, who left us in 1998. They immigrated to Canada from Anthwerp Belgium, settling their home in Oshawa, Ont. Lucienne used her gift of knitting to not only teach others, but to generously contribute knitted blankets and baby clothing to the Oshawa General Hospital. Her generosity, sincerity and bravery have been an inspiration to us all. The light of her smile and beauty of her being will be greatly missed and always loved by everyone who had the good fortune of meeting her. May she, Jan and their dog Blackie all find everlasting peace. Funeral Service will be held at the Armstrong Funeral Home, 124 King Street East, Oshawa on Tuesday January 21st at 1 pm.
