Margaret Jacobs
On Sunday June 8 2008 we lost someone very special. Margaret Georgina Jacobs (nee Culross) slipped away peacefully but not without dignity. She is remembered by her two sons, David and Steven Jacobs, her adoring grandchildren, Damian, Camille, Luke and Jessie and by her wonderful friends. Marg was an active member of the Life Long Learning Group as well as the Whitby Seniors Centre. There are so many out there that Marg has touched over the years, too many to name. She left an emptiness in our hearts, be sure to fill it with memories of her glorious smile, her sense of humour and her exceptional talents. We have been blessed to have known her. A meeting of friends will be held at the Whitby Centennial Building’s Regal Room on Wednesday June 18, 2008 from 2:00 – 7:00. Please come and share your memories of her. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Lung association would be appreciated. We would also like to thank the fantastic nursing staff our Nana had over the past year, she was fond of you all.Obituary
