ANCZARSKI, Maria December 28, 1921 – October 2, 2015 Passed away on October 2, 2015, at Lakeridge Health Oshawa, in her 94th year. Predeceased by her loving husband, Walter. Cherished mother of Joan Stolarek(George-deceased), Irene Henderson (Robert), and Wanda Elder(Robert). Devoted grandmother to Jason(Genevieve), Chris(Laurie), Lisa, Janine(Jeffrey), Gregory and Stefanie(Tyler). Great-grandmother of eleven. Maria’s family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to all of the staff on the 4th floor at Lakeridge Health Whitby for their care and compassion. Friends may call for visitation at ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME(124 King St. E., Oshawa) on Tuesday, October 6, from 2-4 and 7-9 pm, with a funeral mass to be held at 10 am on Wednesday, October 7, at St. Hedwig’s Roman Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Thornton Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations to either the Alzheimer’s Society or the charity of choice are greatly appreciated.
