Retired Firefighter after 25 years of service. Passed away on October 3, 2016, at Lakeridge Health Oshawa, at the age of 67. Beloved husband of Linda Chris Homewood. Step-father of Michael (Stephanie). Brother of Tom (Sue), Muriel (Bill), and Peggy. Uncle of Candice and Evan, and many other nieces, nephews and cousins. Great uncle of Ethan. Peter will also be dearly missed by his sister-in-laws June and Joan, brother–in-laws Robert (Pat) and Ken (Diane), as well as his best friends Peter and Bill. Friends may call for a memorial service at St. Gregory the Great Roman Catholic Church Oshawa on Saturday October 15, 2016 at 1pm.
