Visconti, Pietro (Peter) – Passed away peacefully with his beloved wife Carmella by his side on Saturday June 16 at the age of 74. Loving father of Anna (Newell) Visconti Morgan, Mario Visconti, Irene (Ivan) Kehoe, Pina (Scott) McLeod and his youngest Angela Visconti. Cherished “Nonno” of Matthew, Paul, Megan and Lucas. Peter was from a large family of brothers and sisters both here and in Italy who will always have him in their hearts. Peter was truly loved by all his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Dad always measured his wealth not through money but on how many many friends he had that were more like family, in this he knew he was truly blessed. Our precious father is now in heaven with his beloved son Joseph by his side. Resting at the Armstrong Funeral Home, 124 King St. E. Oshawa with mass of Christian burial at Holy Cross Roman Catholic Church on Thursday June 21st at 10 a.m. followed by entombment at Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation Tuesday and Wednesday 5-9 p.m. Prayers Wednesday at 7 p.m. Memorial donations to the Leukemia Fighters would be appreciated.
