FIORINI, Vince J. – Retiree General Motors 30+ years- service, Abe’s Auto. Peacefully after a brief courageous battle with cancer on Wednesday March 18, 2015 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa surrounded by family at the age of 65. Vince, beloved husband for 38 years of Lena Fiorini (nee Sforza). Much loved father of Robert Fiorini (Francesca), Jennifer Ghamami (Navid), and Lisa Fiorini. Proud Nonno of Luca, Amelia, Alessio, and Parisa. Dear son of Alberico Fiorini and the late Bianca Fiorini. Dear brother of Silvana, Frank, Angelo and Andrew. Vince was a one of a kind husband, father and Nonno, and a dear friend to all who knew him. Heart- felt thanks to the staff at Lakeridge Health Oshawa for the loving care given to Vince. Visitation will be held at the Armstrong Funeral Home, 124 King Street East, Oshawa on Friday March 20th from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. A funeral mass will be held on Saturday March 21st at 11am at St. Therese Church, Courtice Road. Entombment at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery. Memorial donations to Hearth Place would be greatly appreciated by the family.
