Obituary of Albert Maxwell Kimball KIMBALL, Albert Maxwell "Max" – At Extendicare Peterborough on Friday, May 4th, 2018 at the age of 77. Max, loving father of Alan (Nicky) and Cathy. Dear "Bompa" of Julia and Tasha. Brother of Ron Kimball (Sandy) of Apsley. Max will be remembered by Mae Kimball and many other relatives and friends. Retired from G.E., Max began his work in Wire and Cable then moved to the Nuclear Department. Previously, Max spent 3 years in the Navy, mostly serving aboard the HMCS' Chaudiere, Kootenay, Cornwallis, and Stadacona. Max loved watching movies, and was a movie fanatic. He loved to surprise people with a visit, always bringing them tea or coffee from Tim Hortons, and dog biscuits for their dogs. His frequent visits will be missed at Kawartha Dodge where he had many friends. A memorial reception will be held at the ASHBURNHAM FUNERAL HOME & RECEPTION CENTRE, 840 Armour Road on Saturday, May 19, 2018 from 2:30 - 4:30 pm.
