Obituary of Annie Stirling
STIRLING, Annie, (Ne´e McRae)
Teacher, Director, Facilitator and Writer.
Died May 10, 2010 peacefully at home in Barra de Navidad, Mexico, in her 77th year. Previously of Toronto and Peterborough Annie was the beloved mother of daughter Jan Stirling Twist (Huel Twist) and son Jeh Stirling; cherished mentor and colleague of Robert Birch (Mark Stevens); sister of Hugh McRae (Kelsey), Ruth Thomson (Bob), and Bruce McRae (Lynda). Aunt to many nieces, nephews and their children Annie will also be dearly missed by a host of friends and extended family. Predeceased by parents Hugh and Irma McRae. A memorial service to celebrate Annie's life will be held in The Great Hall of Champlain College at Trent University, 1770 West Bank Drive, Peterborough, Ontario on Sunday July 18, 2010 at 2:00 pm.
