Obituary of Betty June Bestard BESTARD, Betty June (nee Wilson) – Peacefully with family by her side at Riverview Manor on Monday, October 7, 2019 at the age of 90. Cherished partner of Roly and loving wife of the late Jack Harold Bestard. Dear mother of Brian (Nancy) and Richard (Audrey). Proud grandmother of Stacy, Shannon (Tom), Jason (Cindy), Hollie (Mike) and Becky (Scott) Emerson. Great grandmother of Rachael, Sam, Jackson, Katie, Andrew and Florence. Predeceased by her parents Alice and Rexford Wilson. June was greatly loved and will be missed by all her family and friends. A Visitation will be held at the ASHBURNHAM FUNERAL HOME 840 Armour Road, Peterborough on Friday, October 11th, 2019 from 2 – 4 p.m. and 7 – 9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday, October 12th, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. A reception will follow at Inverlea Place, 40 Auburn Street, Peterborough. A special thanks goes to the staff and volunteers who gave her extra special care making her comfortable during her time at Riverview Manor.
