Obituary of Betty Billen BILLEN, Betty Ann: With heavy hearts we announce Betty's passing on Friday, August 8, 2014. Beloved wife of sixty years of William "Bill" Billen. Loving mother of Lisle Billen of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia and Sharon Billen (Rick Kelly) of Peterborough, Ontario. Betty was an amazing Grandma to Tonille LeBlanc and Cody LeBlanc. Daughter of the late Freda and Bruce Gummer. Dear sister of Melford Gummer, the late Jack Gummer, Owen Gummer and Zella Hall. Betty will always be remembered by many nieces and nephews. A private family service will be held.
