Dear father of Rick (Natalie) of Peterborough and Kim (Lynne) of Cobourg. Cherished Poppa of Andy, Adam, Alisha & Alex Foeller and Quinn (Shaun Savoy) and Great Grand Father to Klayton. Dear brother of Joe Foeller, Kay Johnson and the late George Foeller. At Carl's request, cremation has taken place. A private family service will take place at a later date.
