Obituary of Donald William Stewart

Stewart, Donald William “Don” - Passed away peacefully at Caressant Care, Marmora, surrounded by family on Sunday January 12, 2020 in his 95th year. Beloved husband of Bernice (nee McComb) for 72 years. Loving father of Donna (Gary Torrance) and Maureen (Morley Finch). Dear Poppa of Tracy (Jeff), Rodney (Sandra), Trevor (Joanne), Vickie (Darren) and Vaughn (Maeghan). Great grandfather of Kaitlyn, Stewart, Natalie, Maggie, Luke, Mya and Emma. Brother of the late of Leah Barnum & Alex Stewart. Don will be missed by many other relatives and friends.

A retired dairy farmer of Berdon Farms, Don was a true family man who most enjoyed family get togethers. He loved watching his grandkids play hockey and baseball and was a lifelong Chicago Black Hawks and New York Yankees fan. Visiting will be held at the Campbellford Baptist Church, 166 Grand Road, Campbellford, Ontario on Saturday January 18th from 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. with a memorial service at 2 p.m.
