II Veteran, life member of the Royal Canadian Legion and a member of the City County Disaster Trust Fund ) - At Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Thursday, November 21, 2013. Don Weir of Peterborough in his 91st year. Beloved husband of the late Hazel (Ellis) and dearest friend of Dorothy Westlake. Dear father of Jack Weir (Margaret) of Otonabee and Jim Weir of Keene Predeceased by daughter Patricia Thompson. Cherished grandpa of Greg (Sarah), Michelle (Kevin), Michael, Kimberley (Tony), Kendra (Cody) and Trevor. Predeceased by grandaughter Cheryl (David Walters). Don will also be fondly remembered by his ten great grandchildren. Dear brother of Tom Weir of Toronto. Remembered by son-in-law Paul Thompson (Judy).
