Obituary of Dorothy Tyrrell TYRRELL, Dorothy Ruth - Retired from the Social Services Department of the City of Peterborough in 1991. Former member of the Peterborough Kinette Club (Kinsmen) At Riverview Manor on Thursday, January 15, 2015. Dorothy (Ingram) of Peterborough, formerly of Oakville and Fort Lauderdale, Florida in her 82nd year. Wife of the late Harold Tyrrell and longtime companion to the late David Casey. Dear mother of David (Norma) of Calgary, Heather Tyrrell (Robert Goode) of Toronto and Ginny (Dan Dwyer) of Burlington. "Grandma Dot" will be missed by Christine (Chris Traynor) of Peterborough, Kyla (Terry Benoit), Kurtis Osborne all of Calgary, Madalynn Dwyer (Thomas Morkin) and Sean Dwyer both of Toronto. Great Grandmother to Makenna, Maeve, Madden, Mason Christopher and Mason Alexander. Sister of the late James Ingram. Dorothy will also be missed by her sister in law Joan Ingram and her dear friends Barbara Earle and Bonnie Thomas. A memorial service to celebrate Dorothy's life will be held on Sunday, January 18th, 2015 at 2 p.m. Reception to follow in the Legacy room.
