Dear father of Richard (Marion) of Comox, B.C., Harold of Peterborough, and Phyllis Milligan of Peterborough. Special Dad of Rosemary Justice of Victoria, B.C. Cherished Grandpa of Arielle and Jessica Crapp and Jacob Milligan. Dear brother of Lynda Cairns (Steve) of Lakefield. Predeceased by his parents Lloyd and Viola Crapp. .
