Obituary of Ernesto De Sousa de SOUSA: Ernesto "Ernie" Peacefully at Peterborough Regional Health Centre after a brief illness on Sunday, March 21, 2010 with Ernie's best friend and soulmate Kendra Cooney by his side. Predeceased by his late wife Mary de Sousa (nee Piercy). Beloved son of Margarida and Manuel de Sousa. Brother of Joe and Miguel (wife Kim). Stepfather of Zara and Matthew Comer. There will be a private celebration of Ernie's life on Sunday, March 28 with family and friends. A memorial mass in Toronto and Ernie's inurnment in the Azores to be arranged for a later date. Special thanks to the Palliative Care team at P.R.H.C.
