Obituary of Gary William Shepherd SHEPHERD, Gary William – Passed away peacefully at Peterborough Regional Health Centre, with his family at his side, on Tuesday, November 12, 2019. Gary of Woodview, formerly of West Hill, was 68 years young. Beloved husband and best friend of Sue (nee Kuyle) for 39 years. Loving father of Lenny (Tanya) and Christie (Paul) and “Kittie Bob”. Dear Pops of Cadence, Henry and Grand Dogs “Romeo” and “Mouse”. Brother of Linda Shpilman (Wally), Wayne Shepherd (Susan), and Larry Shepherd. Much loved uncle of Darlene (Brad), Diana (Jeff), Kathryn (Joe), Carley and Jess (Rebecca). Great Uncle of Amanda, Taylor, André, Kendall and Carter. Gary will be remembered by many other friends and neighbours. An avid music lover, Gary loved going to concerts with Christie. He was always tinkering on his or Lenny’s vehicle and was able to fix anything. Gary loved car shows, Hot Rods, and his ’49 GMC Panel Truck. A Celebration of Life is in the planning stage, details will be posted on the Community Alternative Funeral Home website.
