Obituary of Gladys Helen Wilson WILSON, Helen (Nee Dixon) – Suddenly and peacefully at the PRHC on Wednesday, December 26th, 2018 in her 89th year. Beloved wife of the late Joseph Wilson. Loving mother of Sharon Cross (Randy), Shelley Wong and Tim Wilson (Sarah). Cherished grandmother of Nisha MacNeil (Jack), Reggie Wilson and Katelyn Wilson. Great grandmother of Lily MacNeil. Sister of Shirley Johnston (d. Ted), Doris Guinn (Bill), the late Violet, the late Florence (d. Hale) and the late Norman. Sister in law of Noreen (d. Bert). Helen will be greatly missed by her many friends and family, especially her friend Linda Durini. Helen always loved helping through the A.C.W. at the St. George’s Anglican Church in Peterborough and always enjoyed going for drives in the country. A big thank you goes out to all of the staff at Royal Gardens for their help and support over the last few years. Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held at Highland Park Funeral Centre on Saturday, Janurary 12th, 2019 at 2:30 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Giles Presbyterian Church or The Canadian Cancer Society. Condolences may be made at www.communityalternative.ca.
