Obituary of Gordon Arthur Arnold Arnold, Gordon Arthur “Gordo” Peacefully on Monday, November 14th, 2016, under the light of the Supermoon, after a brief illness. Gord is survived by his loving wife and best friend Anne (Wadden), his Precious for over 42 years. Loving father of Lesley (Matti Kangas), Michael, and Dan (Lindsey). Grandfather of Grace, Jack, Charlie, Lacie, Baia, Ava, Braidleigh, and Silas, friend of Aiden. Brother of Doug (Carol) and family. Brother-in-law of Fabian Wadden (Kerry) and Cathy (Bill Gies). Gord will be missed by his little buddy “Jake”. Friends and family are invited to a Celebration of Gordo’s Life to be held on Saturday, November 26th at ASHBURNHAM FUNERAL HOME & RECEPTION CENTRE, 840 Armour Road between the hours of 1 and 4 p.m. To honour Gord’s dedication to his favourite teams, the Jays and Leafs, guests are encouraged to wear their favourite team attire. In memory of Gord, donations to YWCA Peterborough – an organization near and dear to his heart, would be appreciated.
