Obituary of Hotze Pel PEL, Hotze: Passed away on Thursday April 18th, 2019 at Extendicare Peterborough at the age of 88. Hotze was the loving husband of Patricia Pel of 68 years. Father of the late (d.2014) Doreen (Ray) Hendriks, Ted Pel, Marcia (Art) Hiemstra, Susan Semplonius, and Stephen (Cindy) Pel. Hotze will be missed by many Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren. Predeceased by his parents Jelle and Jeltje of Holland. Hotze was a proud volunteer in the Friendship Group of 25 years and he was always willing to use his electrical skills to help those in need. A funeral service will be heldat Living Hope Church April 20,2019 at 2:00 p.m. with visitation one hour prior at the church.The family would like to thank the staff of Extendicare Peterborough for their exceptional care and loving support. He was well known and loved by the staff and residents; whom the family will miss seeing as they became an important part of his life during visits.
