Obituary of James Flannigan FLANNIGAN: James Thomas Peacefully, at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Sunday, September 16, 2018, in his 69th year. Jim, dearly beloved husband for 43 years of Nita (nee: Pettifer), Loved father of Sarah (Michael) Barnard, and loved Grandad of Ava. Dear brother-in-law of Jane Cowx, Anna Elvidge, Bob (Cathy) Pettifer, and Dave Pettifer. Cherished son of the late Donald and Mary (Nee: Collins). Jim will be sadly missed by his large extended family and many friends. Friends may call at ASHBURNHAM FUNERAL HOME, 840 Armour Road, Peterborough, from 7 - 9 p.m. on Wednesday, September 19th. Funeral service in the chapel on Thursday at 11 a.m. Reception to follow. Interment at St. John’s Catholic Cemetery in his home community of Gananoque, at a later date.
