Obituary of James O'Brien O'BRIEN, James B. "Jim" - Professor of Mathematics and Computer Science at St. Lawrence College. Previously of the Atomic Energy Dept. of C.G.E. Peacefully, at home in Cornwall, on Friday, December 20, 2013, in his 73rd year. Jim was the beloved son of the late James O'Brien and Muriel O'Brien (nee Brooks). Brother of Sharon Weston (Wayne) of London, and John O'Brien, Mary Harron (Art), Mike O'Brien (Janine), Ade O'Brien (Paulette), Brian O'Brien, and Andy O'Brien, all of Peterborough and the late Patricia O'Brien. Dear uncle of Zach Weston, Joshua Weston, Matthew Weston, Kim Henderson (Weston), Lisa Tourigny (Weston), Sean O'Brien, Leahann O'Brien, Miranda O'Brien, Mike McDonald, Nick McDonald, Duane Feeley, Tara Feeley and Geoffrey Feeley. Jim will be remembered by his special friend, Karen Kalil and many other friends in Cornwall and Peterborough. Memorial visiting will be held at COMMUNITY ALTERNATIVE FUNERAL HOME, ASHBURNHAM CHAPEL, 840 Armour Road, on Friday, December 27, from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A Memorial Mass will be held at the CATHEDRAL OF ST. PETER-IN-CHAINS, 411 Reid Street, on Saturday, December 28, 2013, at 10:30 am.
