Jean Anne Burge

Obituary of Jean Anne Burge BURGE, Jean Anne (nee Kenmure) was born March 28, 1929 at Windsor-Walkerville, the only child of the late Nancy and Frederick Kenmure. She died December 3rd in the arms of her husband of 57 years, Charles, at home in Peterborough. Jean was a graduate of the class of '51 in Medical Technology at the University of Windsor's Assumption University College. She will be greatly missed by her grandchildren Whitney, Hunter, Brock, Alex, Nicholas, Gabbriel, Ethan and Connor. Friends will be received at the COMMUNITY ALTERNATIVE FUNERAL HOME - Ashburnham Chapel, 840 Armour Road, on Monday, December 9, 2013 from 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. A memorial service of remembrance will be held in the Chapel on Monday, December 9, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. If desired, condolences to the family, directions to the service or donations to Hospice Peterborough or the Salvation Army, may be made at www.CommunityAlternative.ca or by calling 705-740-0444 To send flowers to the family or plant a tree in memory of Jean Burge, please visit Tribute Store
