Dear mother of Patricia MacKie (Bob), Richard (Sharon), Michael and Terri Alleway (Bob). Gramma to Kristi, Nicole, Kati (Bryan), Charlie, Tyler and Laura. Great Gramma to Logan, Brodie, Avril and Maci. Joan is also survived by brother in law Leonard (the late Nancy) and nieces Angela and Penny. Pre deceased by brother Kenny Heard and granddaughter Jennifer. A memorial service will be held at Bridgenorth United Church 825 Charles Street, Bridgenorth on Saturday, November 12, 2011 at 11 a.m. Visitation one hour prior. Inurnment at Lakefield Cemetery.
