Obituary of Johanna Gertrudis Joore JOORE, Johanna G – In her 71st year, passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer, at PRHC on September 22, 2017. Born in Blaricum, Netherlands; immigrated to Ontario at the age of 4. She worked for many years as a RNA at St. Joseph's Hospital and was a long-time employee of The Liftlock Group. Daughter of the late Catharina and Jacobus Joore; sister of Thomas Joore (Carolyn), and Barry Joore (Barb); deeply missed by her daughters Meghan DeMan (Paul), Jennifer Endicott (Michele), Vanessa Dinesen (Wayne), and the late Angela Sedore. Loving Oma to Saira, Vincent, Carter, Olivia, Zander, and Dezmond. Family and friends are invited to a visitation at ASHBURNHAM FUNERAL HOME 840 Armour Road on Monday, September 25, 2017 from 12:30-1:30 PM. A Memorial Service will be held at 1:30 PM with a reception to follow. A special thanks to all the wonderful nurses at PRHC in the Palliative Care Unit as well as to Dr. Whiting and her team.
