Obituary of Jon Waern WAERN, Jon Henrik (Retired from Inco and Wabush Mines) - Jon Waern of Ennismore, formerly of Sudbury, in his 77th year. Dear father of Einar Waern, Mara Waern; Eric Waern (Kaylea Jones), Yancy Waern and Freya (John Hannah); Sarah & Kate Taylor. Loving grandfather of Ashley (Wade Smith), Troy Waern and Ame´lie Bourget; Trista Waern; and Aaron, Seth and Jarrad Hannah. Brother to Rick Waern, Bryn Waern, Pieter Waern (Sue) and Sari (Dave Porter). Uncle Jon will also be missed by several nieces and nephews. We invite everyone to a life remembrance of Jon to be held at the Black Horse Pub, 452 George St. N., Peterborough, on Sunday, March 10, 2013. A time for respects will begin at 2 p.m., developing over the evening into a festive celebration of life, as Jon had requested. No flowers please.
