Obituary of Judith Anne Welch WELCH, Judith Anne (Hutt) Of Peterborough peacefully at Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Saturday September 15th, 2018 in her 71st year. Loving mother of Angela (Gary) Tryon and the late Gary Quackenbush. Dear Grandmother of Ethen Tryon, Ellishia Tryon (Nathan Mitchell), Sabrina Almund, Tiffany Quackenbush, and Jacob Manley- Quackenbush. Step-daughter Elsa Welch. Step-Grandchildren Danny, Austin, Elizabeth Welch. Great Grandmother of Emma, Piper, and Cooper. Predeceased by her sister Joyce. Following Judith’s wishes, cremation has been held.
