Obituary of June Orchard Orchard, June Sylvia: (June 2, 1935-December 10, 2019) June passed away peacefully on December 10, 2019, at Centennial Place in Millbrook, Ontario at age 84. She was predeceased by her brother Fred of England. She will be greatly missed by her brothers Cliff (Irma) of Toronto, Ken (Carole) of Victoria,and Ron (Christine) of Australia; byniecesNatasha of England and Lisa (David) and their children (Madeleine and Max)of Toronto;andby nephew Mark (Jordan-na) of Toronto. She will also be missed by her many friends in Ontario and British Columbia. A heartfelt appreciation to her good friend Pam Benstead of Peterborough, who gave June invaluable assistance in her later years. June was a vibrant, artistic person with a great sense of humour who loved life, especially vivid colour and light, nature, dogs, painting, playing music, dancing, travelling, and canoeing. The family also wishes to thank the staff at Centennial Place. Cremation has taken place and a celebration of her life has been postponed due to the COVID-19 publc health crisis. In her memory, please consider a donation to your local humane society.
