Obituary of June Mary Somerville SOMERVILLE, June Mary (Middleton) – Peacefully, at Peterborough Regional Health Centre, on Tuesday, March 28, 2017. June of Peterborough, formerly of Whitby and Omemee, in her 76th year. Loving wife of Ralph Somerville for 41 years. Dear mother of Melanie Pringle and Paul Pringle (Nancy). Beloved Grandma of Zoe, Joshua and Kaitlyn. Sister of Mark Middleton (Lorrie), Bert Middleton (Joanne) and the late Marilyn Kydd. June will be remembered by her special niece Julie Liscombe and many other relatives and friends. Retired from Croven Crystals, Whitby. June loved to bake. Her special ability was birthday cakes with money inside, but anything she baked would disappear quickly. June attended the St. Matthew’s Anglican Church in Buckhorn. Visiting will be held at the ASHBURNHAM FUNERAL HOME AND RECEPTION CENTRE, 840 Armour Road, Peterborough, on Friday, March 31 from 5-8 pm, and Saturday, April 1, from 10 -11 am. A funeral service will follow in the chapel, on Saturday at 11 am. Reverend Glenn Empey officiating. Interment at Emily Cemetery, Omemee.
