Obituary of Marlene Nelson NELSON, Marlene Helen (ne´e Hayes) - August 14, 1941 to May 17, 2015. Passed away peacefully at Springdale Country Manor, Peterborough, Ontario, at the age of 73. Loving wife of Robert (Bob) Nelson. Cherished mother of Rick (Susan) of Kelowna BC, Rhonda Schippers of Bowmanville, Roger (Tracy) of Peterborough and Russ (Kim) of Bowmanville. Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Holly, Brittany, Nik, Natalie, Tyler, Karissa, Austin, Matthew, Josh Palmer, Samantha Airth (Kelly), and great grandsons Noah and Finlay Airth. Dear sister-in-law of the late Ronald (Marg), the late Budd, Barb, the late Sheila Cole (Ab), Shirley McGlennon (Steve), and Vicki Little (Wayne). Marlene is predeceased by her parents Harvey and Beatrice (ne´e Ferguson) Hayes; brothers Wesley, Harold and Roger; great grandson Miles. She will be greatly missed by her many nephews, nieces, extended family and friends.
