Dear mother of Gregory (Rosalind MacQuarrie), Robert (Lynne), Timothy (Mauri Clemons), Jeffrey (Wendy), James (Ann), and Pamela Birrell (Sydney). Loving sister to Margaret Kerr (the late William), and Wayne Parnell (Penny). Predeceased by brothers Wally Parnell (Eva) and Garth Parnell (Joyce). During the war years, she helped by working at the General Electric to support our Armed Forces. She married Ralph on March 23, 1946. Peggy loved to sing! For sixty years she sang in the Peterborough Temple Songsters (choir). She was a faithful member of The Salvation Army church serving people in the community and serving her God.
