Obituary of Monica Jones JONES, Monica (nee Fobert) - Passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, at Peterborough Regional Health Centre, on Tuesday, April 26, 2016, in her 89th year. She was the wife and best friend of her late husband, Paul (1999). Monica lives on in the hearts of her family and all who knew her and is joyfully remembered by her children Sharon Pearson (Larry), Bradley Jones, Debbie Jones (Harry Engerer) and Connie Connor (Ed). She was the loving and adored grandmother of Brian, Natalie, Christine, Emily, Julie, Leith, Dustin, Jeff, Kelly and Erin. She was the loving and devoted great grandmother of Jodie, Finn and Daniel. Monica was one of eleven siblings, all of whom have passed away except her surviving sister Mary Downes, and sister-in-law Nancy Fobert. She will be remembered by many nieces, nephews, friends and neighbours. Friends and relatives are invited to visit with the family at Ashburnham Funeral Home, 840 Armour Road, Peterborough, on Friday, April 29, 2016 from 12 to 1 pm followed by a Memorial Service at 1 pm.
