Obituary of Patricia Jones JONES: Patricia Helen (nee: Kay) Peacefully at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Wednesday, June 24, 2009. Patricia Jones of Lakefield in her 74th year. Beloved wife of Dewi. Loving mother of David of Quallicum Beach, B.C. and Sharon and her husband Peter Kallaste of Lakefield. Loving sister of Janet Kay of Leicester, England and Margaret and her husband Charles Birch of Nantwich, England. Dearly loved by her nieces Helen and Jacqueline and her nephew Andrew. Patricia was a pillar of strength to her family and community. As a Registered Nurse, Pat provided superior care to countless developmentally challenged children and adults. Pat, who gave unselfishly to the development of amateur sport received the Special Achievement Award from the province of Ontario, and was inducted into the Ontario Ringette Association Hall of Fame. A private family inurnment will be held.
