Obituary of Phyllis RICHMOND Richmond: Phyllis Wilidina (Nee Woolridge) Peacefully at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Sunday, August 17, 2008, in her 70th year. Phyllis was the loving wife of the late Harry G. Richmond. Dear sister of Bernice VanMil (Ben), Dulcie Noble (Albert), Doreen Payne, Charles Clark, and Scott Clark (Nina).
