Obituary of R. Walsh WALSH, Albert Formerly of Niagara Falls and Stevensville, passed peacefully at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Tuesday October 4, 2011 in his 73rd year. Beloved husband of the late Shirley (English). Loving father to Kim, Reg, Chris and Randy (Kim). Brother to Ursula Walsh of Cornwall. Brother in law to Terry (Julie) and uncle to Sophy, Lucy and Irene´. Albert will be missed by many dear friends. He was an avid outdoorsman. His pursuits included hiking, kayaking, skating, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, cycling and gardening. He also loved playing the saxophone with Peter and the band. Busy as he was, he would drop everything at a moment's notice to assist a friend. Cremation has taken place. Funeral mass at St. Paul Roman Catholic church in Norwood on Wednesday October 12th at 1:00 pm with interment at St. Paul cemetery to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations in Albert's memory to St. Paul Church or a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
