Obituary of Randy Edward Harry Parkes Parkes, Randy Edward Harry – After a courageous battle with cancer, Randy passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 29, 2019 at Peterborough Regional Health Centre. Randy of Wilberforce, formerly of Trenton and Bobcaygeon, in his 59th year. Beloved son of Ralph and Cookie (nee Swain) and Dianne Shier (late Allan Shier). Dear brother of Robert (Geri Holychuk) and Candy Shier. Loving uncle of Leandra, Alex, Dean, Bailey, Stephanie and the late Phillip. He will be remembered by his Uncle Brian Parkes andmany other relatives and friends. A huge heart, Randy didn’t have much but he would go out of his way to help anyone he met. He loved hunting and fishing. He always had a dog. He was a kind, gentle soul who would always help find a peaceful solution to any conflict. Cremation has taken place.
