Obituary of Ray SALTER SALTER: Ray Franklin Peacefully at P.R.H.C. (Rogers St. Site) on Tuesday December 5, 2006. Ray Salter of Royal Drive, Peterborough, in his 82nd year. Retired 37 year employee of Ontario Hydro. Dearly loved husband of Ruth Warburton (Falls) and the late Jean Mappin. Father of Cathy, Jane, Jeff, Debbie, Kim and Randy and their respective families. Step father of Lynda Coons (Bill) and family. Ray will be missed by his brother Emerson (Dorothy) of Cobourg, sisters Mary Ford and Eleanor Wood of Oshawa, sister-in-law Kay Salter of Oshawa and Betty Miller of Peterborough. Ray will also be remembered by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents Gordon and Mary and brothers Glen, Earl and Allan. Friends may call at COMMUNITY ALTERNATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 83 Hunter Street West (at the Bridge), Peterborough, from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. on Friday December 8th. Funeral Service will be held at Lakefield United Church, 51 Regent Street, Lakefield on Saturday December 9th at 11:00 a.m. with visitation 1 hour prior.
